I have been looking at a lot of Vegan blogs and I see this book on so many of them. It must be a really good book. Have YOU used this book? Mine is currently on order and I can hardly wait to try it out. Please leave your comments on favorite recipe's from The Joy Of Vegan Baking. Haven't got the book but have slowly been gathering links of my favorite Vegan blogs on my blog so find I have tons of great places to visit.
I have definitely enjoyed this book so far. Tonight I'm making the gingerbread cookies, hopefully they turn out as well as the pumpkin cheesecake (my fave so far) and the cornbread. Interested to see what you try first!
Yes! Finally got The Joy Of Vegan Baking. I received it before Chrismas, and wrapped it up for Heide. She promises to make up some of the recipes and send me some pictures. Will post them here :)
Hi Mom, I was actually going to bake some cookies tonight, hopefully I can find some dairy free chocolate chips nearby.
